Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist to join a busy hospital laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, hematology, and clinical chemistry, with the ability to perform complex testing accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret laboratory tests with precision using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Ensure timely processing of high-volume samples, including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cells.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Document and communicate laboratory findings clearly for clinical decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Med Lab Technologist or Med Lab Scientist in a hospital setting.
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
• Proficient in using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Experience working in large hospital laboratories (600+ beds) is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle complex samples and maintain high accuracy under workload pressure.
