Job Summary:

Provide specialized surgical support within a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with medical teams to facilitate efficient surgical procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are prepared and sterile.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs during surgeries.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document surgical activities and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support post-operative care and patient recovery processes.
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members and report any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Possess valid certification or licensure in surgical technology or relevant clinical field.
• Demonstrate experience in surgical settings, including pre-op and post-op procedures.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, surgical instruments, and patient safety protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be adaptable to shift schedules and flexible with on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
