Job Summary:
Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to monitor and manage patients with cardiac and other critical conditions. Ensure continuous assessment of patient status and support recovery through skilled clinical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, focusing on cardiac and vital signs.
• Monitor telemetry equipment to detect arrhythmias and other cardiac abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following clinical protocols.
• Document patient responses and communicate findings to healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring and emergency response.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
