Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality telemetry patient care. The RN will monitor cardiac patients and ensure safety and compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and post-discharge care.
• Document patient information and clinical observations thoroughly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care effectively.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down units.
• Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, EKG interpretation, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
