Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care focused on safety, comfort, and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes, side effects, and aftercare.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
• BLS certification required; chemo certification preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
