Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. Deliver treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and identify nursing care needs.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and document findings accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, side effects, and care plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex treatments such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a demanding schedule.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
