Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide expert telemetry care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality nursing interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ cardiac status and monitor telemetry equipment continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and telemetry procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and notify medical staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess previous experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down units.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to operate telemetry monitoring systems effectively.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
