Job Summary:

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' cardiac status and monitor telemetry data continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient observations and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond swiftly to emergency cardiac or medical events.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Strong ability to interpret telemetry readings and ECGs.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work 7a-7:30p shifts, including every third weekend and alternate holidays.
