Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide dedicated patient care on an every-other-weekend schedule. Must be certified in BLS and ACLS to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor cardiac telemetry patients to identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
