Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac functions and ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, continuous patient assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain detailed records of observations.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate concerns as needed.
• Educate patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings.
