Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their health and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 36 hours per week with EOW schedule.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiovascular nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
