Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring, ensuring accurate assessment and timely intervention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient-centered services in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and analyze electrocardiograms to detect arrhythmias or other cardiac events.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and notify appropriate medical staff.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, medications, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiovascular nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
