Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in an operating room environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, general robotics, and trauma surgeries, including craniotomy and burr hole procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage preoperative preparations and assess patient readiness for surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operation flow and patient safety.
• Administer medications, assist with anesthesia, and monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
• Document clinical care accurately in electronic health records, with preference for Altera experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols including mandatory drug screenings and lab completion timelines.
• Maintain compliance with facility-specific policies, including travel and local radius rules.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid State RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in an OR setting with neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, or general robotics specialties.
• Be proficient in surgical procedures such as craniotomy and burr hole interventions.
• Show familiarity with electronic charting systems; Altera experience preferred.
• Meet travel compliance requirements including valid license, documentation, and negative drug screen.
• Be able to complete labs within 72 hours of acceptance.
