Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for an Operating Room position to provide exceptional perioperative care. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics surgery with craniotomy and burr hole expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies for various procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide anesthesia assistance during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure procedures are performed efficiently and safely.
• Document all patient care activities accurately using preferred charting systems.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including drug screening and travel requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with certification verification prior to start.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in operating room nursing, specifically in neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, or general/robotics surgery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in craniotomy and burr hole procedures.
• Be available to complete required labs within 72 hours of acceptance.
• Have recent travel or bedside nursing experience preferred.
• Maintain compliance with travel and local radius policies and drug screening requirements.
