Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to pediatric patients aged 0-21 years, supporting their developmental and rehabilitative needs. The therapist will deliver treatment within a hospital or clinic setting, adhering to established protocols and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ or Compact PT license in good standing before the start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
• BLS certification required at the time of submission.
• Ability to work scheduled hours: Monday to Friday, with availability for occasional holidays.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to float within skillset as needed.
