Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services. The role involves working closely with patients to restore mobility and functional independence in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy techniques to promote recovery and pain relief.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech.
• Assist and supervise PTA when called upon to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NM license or a valid NAB Extended license.
• Possess at least a New Grad or experienced therapist background.
• Demonstrate knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation procedures.
• Display strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Complete AHA BLS certification prior to start.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, day shift.
