Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care with occasional inpatient services. The role offers a flexible schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech and report findings to healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Adapt treatment approaches based on patient response and progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or compact license for New Mexico or other applicable states.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
• Have a minimum of recent experience, with new grads considered.
• Be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with excellent communication skills.
• Be willing to work day shifts and participate in on-call rotations if required.
