Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neuro medical/surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective recovery through attentive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV procedures following established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, including telemetry and vital signs.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical and neuro experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Skilled in starting IVs, wound care, and chest tube management.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills.
