Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care settings, with a primary focus on inpatient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments to determine their specific therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions and patient evaluations.
• Apply manual therapy, modalities, and strength and exercise training to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, activity modifications, and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Michigan.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient, inpatient, or long-term care physical therapy experience.
• Maintain current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Demonstrate strong patient assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
