Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes through skilled clinical interventions and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor critically ill patients, assessing vital signs and clinical status regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
