Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring critical health parameters and administering treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with ICU experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing procedures and protocols.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit excellent assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during designated shifts.
