Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to join a high-volume hospital laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform complex diagnostic tests with accuracy and efficiency, supporting neonatal and adult patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex samples, including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cells.
• Ensure timely and accurate results while adhering to laboratory protocols and standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Document test results meticulously and report findings to relevant medical personnel.
• Quickly adapt to the fast-paced environment, demonstrating proficiency in handling high workload demands.

Qualifications:

• Hold ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a large hospital laboratory setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Have foundational knowledge of neonatal and adult laboratory specimen analysis.
• Be capable of managing complex samples and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Be willing to work schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM for 13 weeks.
