Job Summary:

Full-time Physical Therapist position in a hospital inpatient rehab setting. The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve mobility, all while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and establish personalized treatment plans to enhance physical function.
• Develop and update the Plan of Care based on evaluation data and patient progress.
• Deliver treatment sessions compliant with established standards and document all clinical activities accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and coordinate patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise assistants and aides, providing clinical guidance and instruction to students.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, ensuring equipment is used properly and disinfected after each use.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California Physical Therapist License.
• Possess BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations.
