Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients to promote functional independence and improve quality of life. This position involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapy license or certification in the respective state.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy in clinical or outpatient settings.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
