Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional independence and quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activity modifications.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
