Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care across multiple units, including IMC/PCU/Stepdown. The RN will float between various medical and surgical units, delivering high-quality patient support and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care by performing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting findings in electronic medical records.
• Execute specialized procedures such as wound vac management, chest tube care, and other unit-specific tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety guidelines, and dress code standards, including professional nursing attire.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and documentation requirements prior to shift start.
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing training to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Possess 2-10 years of professional nursing experience in acute care settings.
• Obtain and maintain BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, and wound vac management.
• Exhibit flexibility to float across multiple units, including Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular on occasion.
• Follow professional dress code and unit-specific protocols.
