Job Summary:
The Billing Follow Up Associate is responsible for managing and resolving billing collections and follow-up activities to ensure timely reimbursement. This remote position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to support the revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to maximize collections.
• Communicate with payers and providers to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of billing statuses and actions taken.
• Assist in identifying and resolving claim rejections or denials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with billing policies.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate prior experience in medical billing and collections.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED; associate or technical degree preferred.
• Show familiarity with revenue cycle management and billing software.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
