Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves delivering high-quality patient support and collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapies and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Respiratory Therapist license approved by the state.
• Possess a minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using EPIC charting system.
• Have experience managing ventilators and administering aerosolized medications.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• BSN degree preferred but not mandatory.
