Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an acute care and inpatient rehab setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments using appropriate equipment and techniques in accordance with clinical standards.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the Meditech system.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and update treatment strategies.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies while utilizing patient handling and rehab equipment.
• Flexibly cover both acute and rehab units, supporting patient recovery efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license required.
• At least 2 years of experience in acute care and rehab settings.
• Proficient in patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work five days a week, with flexibility for weekend coverage every six weeks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive patient interactions.
• Excellent knowledge of rehab equipment and safe patient handling practices.
