Job Summary:
The TRAVEL - PHYSICAL THERAPY (761) role provides inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy services focused on stroke recovery and functional independence. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care using advanced neuro-rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients in an inpatient rehab setting, including conducting stroke-focused assessments and goal setting.
• Provide manual therapy for neuro re-ed, therapeutic exercise, functional activity, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Deliver self-care and functional mobility training to support safe performance of daily activities.
• Implement functional e-stim and other evidence-based interventions to improve motor control and independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Meditech Expanse and complete required clinical documentation.
• Communicate using AIDET and apply immediate service recovery to address patient concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license and current credentialing to practice.
• Possess 2+ years of hospital and inpatient rehab experience.
• Demonstrate strong skills in stroke evaluation and treatment.
• Show proficiency with neuro re-ed interventions and functional training for rehab populations.
• Experience documenting in an electronic medical record system (Meditech Expanse preferred).
• Maintain professionalism with patient-centered communication and teamwork in a fast-paced rehab environment.
