Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. Deliver personalized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Implement therapy interventions using therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Have excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the primary care location.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
