Job Summary:
Travel - Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab (774) provides inpatient rehabilitation services to support patients in regaining strength, mobility, and functional independence. The role delivers hands-on therapy using specialized rehab equipment while completing timely documentation in Meditech.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver inpatient rehab therapy sessions for 3–5 patients per day based on an assigned caseload.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using hi-low mats, Nustep, parallel bars, steps, BITS, car simulator, and neuromuscular technologies (e.g., Bioness).
• Provide wound care procedures in accordance with unit protocols and clinical standards.
• Document clinical findings, progress, and outcomes in Meditech to support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care and maintain efficient unit workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license and meet state requirements for inpatient rehab practice.
• Possess at least 1–2 years of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Demonstrate BLS certification.
• Apply Care Tool assessments or equivalent patient assessment methodologies preferred.
• Exhibit advanced clinical skills appropriate for complex inpatient rehab patients.
• Maintain competence in therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training using rehab technology and equipment.
