Job Summary:
Provides specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring immediate and effective treatment plans are executed. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions and coordinating with medical teams to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and utilize telemetry for cardiac assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient status, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in critical care nursing.
• Have telemetry monitoring experience preferred.
• Maintain BLS certification upon hire.
• Obtain ACLS certification within 3 months of employment.
• Achieve PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months; TNCC preferred.
