Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient ambulatory care setting. Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients on health management and post-treatment care.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience in ambulatory or outpatient care, specifically GYN preferred.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows and procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to travel within a 30-minute radius and reliably commute.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.
