Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients requiring continuous heart monitoring. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to treatment plans in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Respond promptly to abnormal rhythms or emergent cardiac events.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Previous telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in ECG interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergent situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
