Job Summary:

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents at the facility, implementing treatment plans to enhance their functional independence and quality of life. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate residents and their families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and professional standards in delivering care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Possess a master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
• Maintain current CPR certification and other relevant credentials.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement.
