Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced SNF CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and skilled in clinical tasks specific to senior care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Document patient observations and care provided accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards related to patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current NYS CNA license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SNF or LTC settings.
• Hold BLS certification valid at the time of employment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and compassion for elderly residents.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be local or within 50 miles if traveling, with understanding that prior staff cannot reapply as travelers.
• Understand that the facility may cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the 13-week assignment.
