Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer nutritional assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on dietary recommendations and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate nutritional interventions.
• Document clinical findings and update care plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active license or registration as a Dietitian or Nutritionist.
• Have at least 1 year of clinical experience in dietary management.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in nutritional assessment tools and techniques.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
