Job Summary:
Assist patients by assessing nutritional needs, developing personalized nutrition care plans, and providing dietary guidance to promote health and wellness. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal nutritional support across various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ nutritional status through detailed assessments and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
• Educate patients and families on dietary modifications, healthy eating habits, and ongoing nutrition management.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate nutritional care and ensure compliance with medical orders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation adheres to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition or related healthcare settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible to work diverse shifts, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with facility policy.
• Ability to follow strict safety and health protocols.
