Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services, assess patient needs, and develop treatment plans aligned with best practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their treatment needs and establish individualized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient functional independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Maintain an active BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Preferably credentialed with AOTA and OTAC memberships.
• Bring 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
