Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient services across pediatric to geriatric populations. The role requires a dynamic professional capable of adapting to diverse clinical settings and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs across a broad age range.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner using Altera or equivalent charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including drug screening and documentation deadlines.
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, and adhere to travel compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BLS certification and NBCOT registration.
• Possess an active Texas OT license.
• Have at least 2 years of experience relevant to occupational therapy services.
• Demonstrate ability to support both inpatient and outpatient care in pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Be able to travel locally within specified radius requirements and complete labs within 72 hours of acceptance.
• Willing to submit to facility-mandated drug screening, including marijuana testing.
