Job Summary:

Provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other sites, ensuring accurate imaging and diagnostic documentation. The role involves operating portable digital and computed radiography equipment, performing diagnostic exams, and transmitting images for interpretation. Emphasis is placed on maintaining safety, professionalism, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment to capture diagnostically valid images.
• Unload, transport, and set up X-ray equipment at various facility locations.
• Perform EKG procedures when required and transmit readings to a designated Cardiologist.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of vehicles and X-ray equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and facility staff regarding exam status and technical issues.
• Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents following protocol.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current ARRT certification and valid state license for radiologic technology.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain good standing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating portable radiography equipment and performing EKGs.
• Maintain current immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and professionalism in interacting with clients and team members.
