Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients in a fast-paced, critical care environment. Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, monitor cardiac conditions, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and ventilator settings using advanced equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient data accurately in the EMR system and update care records regularly.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, including code situations and rapid changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac care, recovery processes, and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license with minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and IV pump operation.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification.
• Have experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
