Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit during day shifts. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and recovery through skilled clinical practices and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess their condition regularly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and health management.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
