Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit during night shifts. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and unrestricted practicing privileges.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
