Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist to perform laboratory testing and analysis. The role requires precise execution of clinical procedures to support patient diagnosis and care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Follow strict safety and quality control protocols.
• Document test results and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of results.
• Comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar LIS systems.
• Be a Med Technologist or Med Lab Scientist; Med Lab Technician candidates will not be considered.
• Have a valid state license or certification as required.
• Display attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
