Job Summary:

Provides specialized nursing care and collaborates with physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care in Cath Lab and EP procedures. Leads and supports interdisciplinary teams across various hospital units, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care in Cath Lab and EP settings.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans for complex cardiac procedures.
• Float between units as needed to support patient care and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and industry standards, including Certification requirements.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and ARRT where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience is required.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Valid licenses and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and ARRT.
• Skilled in cardiac procedures, patient monitoring, and emergency response.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
