Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Room provides expert nursing care to patients presenting with acute conditions. This role requires independent judgment and adherence to established protocols to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement emergency interventions and stabilize patients based on physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate emergency care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.
• Ensure compliance with all certifications and hospital policies to uphold patient safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license from any state; AZ licensure not required.
• Demonstrate current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Possess at least one year of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Have the ability to work independently and make swift clinical decisions.
• Maintain all required life support and specialty certifications continuously.
