Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and experienced SNF CNA to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. This role requires strong clinical skills, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
- Support other team members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Current NYS CNA license and BLS certification required.
- Ability to work 5/8 shifts with availability to work at least 4/8 shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled.
