Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a busy Medical-Surgical/Tele unit. Deliver quality patient assessments, medication administration, and post-operative care while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, including titratable drips such as Heparin, following protocols.
• Monitor patients remotely via telemetry 24/7 and review strip data.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.
• Support patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Must possess ACLS certification.
• Minimum [insert experience years] of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry experience.
• Experience with post-operative, orthopedic, urology, or medical patients preferred.
• Travel experience required; ability to float as needed.
